Day 5: So it begins…

Now the challenge really beings as you will start repeating the workouts from days 1-4. Think of your first four days as your baseline, with your goal now to LEVEL UP by increasing your reps, sets, and weight on EVERY set.

You will NEVER get bigger and stronger by doing the same thing every workout. That’s insane!!!


It’s time to turn up the VOLUME

From now on… the VOLUME is going to get turned up!!!

Which means you’re going to be adding reps AND sets. Don’t worry about adding weight to your lift just yet. First, try to squeeze out a few more reps, and for some exercises, you will see another set to challenge you.

Don’t forget what you learned about volume. Check your total weight at the end of each day and keep improving!!!

By now, you may still be wondering if you will ever get big and strong like some of your peers or people you follow on social media.

That’s understandable. It’s not easy to start something and have to wait for results, but you’re already putting in the work. It takes “hours and days and weeks and years.”
