To do these workouts…

  1. Download the workout tracker.

  2. Read the introduction to the workout.

  3. Read Day 1.

  4. Track your workout with the Machine Workout Spreadsheet.

  5. Read Day 2, and use the tracker to record your workout

  6. Repeat for days 3 and 4, tracking your workout as you go.
